Our Services
I offer therapy for teens (ages 12+), adults, and couples navigating life’s emotional, relational, and identity-related challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain in your relationships, or struggling to reconnect with yourself, this space is here for you. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in both insight and practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and self-trust.
Individual Therapy
For teens and adults navigating anxiety, identity, burnout, and life transitions.
In individual therapy, we work together to explore what’s coming up internally and around you—stress, self-doubt, grief, relationship patterns, or uncertainty about what’s next. This is a space to unpack emotional patterns, learn how to regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your values and sense of self.
Common focus areas include:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and stress
Emotional regulation and coping skills
Identity exploration, including gender and sexuality
Self-esteem and self-compassion
Grief, loss, and transitions
Burnout and boundaries
Feeling “stuck” or behind in early adulthood
Mindfulness, breathwork, and grounding tools
Relationship Therapy (Individual)
Support for individuals exploring or recovering from relationships—past, present, or unclear.
If you’re processing a breakup, navigating relationship uncertainty, or stuck in patterns that feel hard to shift, individual therapy can offer space to explore your relational experiences with compassion and insight. Together, we make sense of attachment dynamics, codependency, and your own needs in connection.
We might explore:
Breakups, separation, and lingering emotional attachment
Relationship ambivalence or fear of ending something
Codependency, boundaries, and people-pleasing
Patterns that show up in dating or long-term connection
What you want (and don’t want) from future relationships
Tools for regulation, clarity, and self-trust in love
Couples Therapy
For couples seeking to strengthen their connection, rebuild trust, or communicate more effectively.
I use the Gottman Method to help couples better understand their relational patterns, manage conflict, and build lasting emotional intimacy. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or simply want to strengthen your foundation, couples therapy offers space to grow together with guidance and support.
Areas we often work on include:
Improving communication and conflict resolution
Rebuilding trust and connection
Navigating life transitions together
Managing recurring issues or emotional distance
Deepening intimacy and shared meaning
